FHO Racing BMW Motorrad Announces Formidable Line-Up for 2024 Macau Grand Prix, Including Last-Minute Addition

The FHO Racing BMW Motorrad team is excited to confirm its rider line-up for this year’s Macau Grand Prix. Leading the charge will be last year’s winner, Peter Hickman, who is set to defend his title. He will be joined by nine-time Macau GP winner Michael Rutter and Craig Neve. In a last-minute addition, the team welcomes Davey Todd aboard the BMW M 1000 RR.

Faye Ho returns to her home race with a formidable four-rider squad, aiming to build on Hickman’s dominant performance from last year. Davey Todd, the 2024 National Superstock Champion, was brought in after his original plans for Macau fell through. Having had an impressive season, including his maiden Senior TT win and a strong Superstock campaign, Davey is no stranger to BMW machinery.

Meanwhile, the FHO Racing team is hard at work preparing the BMW M 1000 RRs, which will soon be shipped to Macau for the Guia Circuit. The action kicks off with the first practice on Thursday, 14 November.

    A: The 37.73-mile Mountain Course is a public road that closes completely for all practices and races.

Always check the latest schedule as it is subject to change due to weather.

    Crucial Tip: If your accommodation is inside the closed course, you cannot leave or return until the roads officially reopen (which can be late at night).

    A: No, not for most places! The majority of the 37.73-mile course is public road, and you can watch for free from hundreds of roadside vantage points.

    Safety Note: Always obey the instructions of the volunteer marshals and only watch from designated safe spectator areas (marked by fencing or signage).

    Tickets are only required if you want a reserved seat in the Official Grandstands (at the start/finish line in Douglas) or for VIP Hospitality areas.
