Making a Booking
Booking Your Isle of Man Glamping/Camping could not be easier. Simply search your desired accommodation and follow our simple booking procedure. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your booking.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it within the booking form, please contact us and we will happily update your booking.
When confirmation of your booking is received, this is to indicate that we have received your booking. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product/booking for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Minimum 25% deposit can be selected at point of sale. The balance of your booking is payable in full on the 28th February of each respective year. If you are unable to complete the balance of your booking, it will result in the cancellation of your booking, deposits are none refundable after the 28th February of each respective year.
You or we may cancel bookings, subject to the following:
a) Cancellation by you. Should you or any member of your party decide to cancel your/their booking once it has been made, notification of the cancellation instruction will be required in writing from the lead member of the party.
The effective date for cancellation is the date when we receive your written instructions at our registered office. Notification by email will be accepted and, for the purposes of calculating cancellation charges, emails will be treated as having been received by us 24 hours after they are sent. Receipt of emails will be acknowledged. We will have no liability to you in the event of emails not being received, or their delivery being delayed, for technical or other reasons.
If you or any member of your party cancels, a charge is payable by the lead member of the party by way of agreed damages to cover our estimated losses, calculated on the scale set out below:

Cancellation charge – shown as a percentage of the total price
More than 125 days – Loss of deposit/amount paid at the time of booking
Less than 126 days – 100%
b) Cancellation by us. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should there be insufficient demand overall for the accommodation at the particular location or for such other reasons as we think necessary. Subject to other provisions in the terms and conditions, if we do cancel the booking, we will refund your payment and you acknowledge that we have no further liability to you by way of compensation or otherwise. We will endeavor to give you reasonable notice should this be the case to minimize any inconvenience to you.
Adequate travel insurance is not a condition of your contract with either us or the supplier in question, as applicable. You are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.
UK Residents: Note that only limited medical cover is provided to UK Residents under the reciprocal health agreement with the UK Government and it is recommended that full travel insurance is obtained prior to travelling.
Full Moon Festival Cancelations
If you wish to cancel your booking prior to the 30th May 2024 we will process your full refund less credit card transaction fees of 3.5%.
If you wish to cancel your booking after the 30th May 2024, deposits are none refundable.
If you have paid your full balance on your account and you no longer wish to attend the festival we will process your refund less your deposit and 3.5% of the total price paid to cover transaction costs up until 25th June 2024.
Refunds cannot be processed from the 26th June 2024.
In the event that that we have to cancel your booking you will be entitled to a full refund.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a product refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or miss described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider’s utilised and other similar information.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
